Chef Elizabeth, is incredibly lucky to work with multiple hyper local farms and gardens in the area - hand picking and choosing ingredients for our menus. Many of the items used come from the Chef’s extensive herb garden and backyard orchard.
We plan our menus around what is growing, in season and perfectly ripe - for exceptional quality.
